Personal Resume Project - Help Make my Black & White MSWord Resume into a Colourful, Creative and Friendly Version. MS Word and/or Tableau and/or Other Format are OK.

I am time-poor and going through it to edit it again have realized that I am too attached to the content in my resume. I am also aware that it is too crowded and difficult to read easily because I have squeezed in too much content. In recent years I have switched from banking and finance (which has very conservative and formal resume formatting) to tech industry (where creativity and personality flavour is much more highly regarded). I am trying to keep it two pages but have trouble trying to keep all the information in and would like someone to help me reformat it.

So in the immediate short term, I would like someone to help me reformat the MSword version of my resume to make it more accessible and attractive. Likely a 30-60 min chat to go through the current version and iteratively look at templates with the designer to discuss options and approaches followed by some paid time to do the editing with 2-3 rounds of feedback and edits before a final sub-editor review.

The next step would then be to make my Resume interactive and available online via a hyperlink - for example by creating an online Tableau Resume (https://public.tableau.com/en-us/s/interactive-resume-gallery) or by creating a dedicated personal Resume/CV website
