Looking for Visualization expert for Dashboards creation

Please cleanse/format the provided datasets using Alteryx or excel and produce the analysis in Tableau or Power BI or Python. The total project should not take more than 6-7 hours for a professional visualization expert. Will provide more details and datasets. I will also help to do analysis but need someone strong with dashboards and vizualiation expertise.
