Healthcare Customer Insight Dashboard

I’m preparing a new Tableau dashboard that will help our healthcare organization understand our customers at a much deeper level. The raw data is ready, but it still needs SQL-based shaping and efficient joins before we can turn it into insights. What I’m after is a single, interactive workbook that surfaces three core stories: demographic breakdowns, behavioral patterns across touchpoints, and clear customer segments we can act on.

To get there, you’ll have freedom to employ Level-of-Detail expressions, parameters, row-level security, window functions—whatever it takes to keep performance high while drilling from summary views right down to patient-level facts. Expect to iterate with me on calculated fields, filter sets, and visual choices so the final product answers the real-world questions our clinical and marketing teams care about.

Specific deliverables
• A publish-ready Tableau workbook with dashboards for Demographics, Behavior, and Segmentation
• The underlying SQL scripts or stored procedures that prep and refresh the data
• A brief hand-off guide covering data sources, key calculations, and any server settings
