I need a professional, enterprise-level Tableau project that simulates a real-world K-12 school district analytics solution rather than a basic dashboard.
The project should solve actual business problems faced by district leadership, such as identifying at-risk students, monitoring attendance, evaluating academic performance, measuring MTSS intervention effectiveness, analyzing behavior trends, and tracking equity across student groups.
It should include a realistic dataset (15,000–25,000 records), a well-designed star schema data model, SQL scripts for data extraction and transformation (using joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and data validation), and six interactive Tableau dashboards: Executive Overview, Attendance Analytics, Academic Performance, MTSS Analytics, Equity Analysis, and Student Detail. The dashboards should incorporate advanced Tableau features such as LOD expressions, parameter actions, set actions, drill-down navigation, dashboard actions, forecasting, clustering, dynamic KPI selection, Viz in Tooltip, and interactive filters. Every KPI, visualization, calculation, and design choice should have a clear business purpose and support actionable recommendations for district leadership. The final deliverables should include the Tableau workbook, dataset, SQL scripts, data dictionary, ER diagram, BRD, presentation slides, speaker notes, and documentation explaining the business problem, data preparation process, technical implementation, insights, recommendations, and expected business impact, so I can confidently present the solution and answer both technical and business questions during my interview.
