Design of a Tableau dashboard for download and printing

A height-changing worksheet is to be included on a dashboard in such a way that the height behaves variably and the row heights do not change (everything remains readable) and there is no scroll bar.

The overall height of the dashboard may change.

We need it as a tableau-sheet to work with at the end.

Above and below there are fixed elements that are to be included.
