5-Day Tableau Coaching Sessions

I’m organizing a five-day Tableau workshop for the Techtonics club at JGI Jain (Lalbagh campus) and need a trainer who can guide more than twenty college students from absolute beginner up to a comfortable, intermediate grasp of the platform. Each session is one hour, scheduled sometime between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.—I can adjust within that window to fit your availability.

The emphasis is on hands-on dashboard creation. Students have no prior Tableau experience, so you’ll need to start with the interface, data connections, and basic charts, then build toward practical, interactive dashboards that they can proudly demo by the final day.

To keep everyone engaged, I’d like you to:

• Run five consecutive, one-hour live classes (in-person on campus).
• Supply practice datasets and any slides or cheat-sheets you rely on.
• Set a small daily exercise so students reinforce the lesson immediately.
• End with a mini-project where teams create a dashboard and present it; your feedback will be the capstone of the program.

Bring your own laptop; the students will have their own laptops but installation of tableau public has to be taught.

Once the workshop wraps up, I’ll consider it a success if every student can import data, choose appropriate chart types, and publish a functional dashboard without prompting.
