Data visualizer

Looking for someone with expertise in data visualization. +++ if knows tableau. Please show samples of visualizations. Most know at least one dynamic visualization tool. The objective of the toolset is to take a feed of relationships and to show the strength of the relationships between people on the chart via thick bars or relationships.

Please let me know what toolset you are familiar with and how you would use it to solve this problem.
