HR Data & Analytics Expert Needed For Substantial Project

We're looking to complete an HR Analytics project with an expert who is highly proficient in all the aspects of data analytics, data ingestion, data visualization, and dashboard building.


DELIVERABLES:
- Audit all current HR reports & dashboards: author “health records” for each report detailing any areas of risk or potential improvement coach is of high veracity/error-free, and to record any areas of risk, and fix any issues identified
- Update all current HR reporting from dynamic to non-dynamic reference values
- Support planning/requirements gathering/execution of contractor to employee data integration and reporting
- Introduce a tenure filtering option for all current reports (tableau)
- Develop a waterfall view of headcount reporting (tableau)
- Develop a comprehensive transfer reporting approach (tableau)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- 5+ years experience with data analysis, business intelligence, dashboard visualization creation, a.o.
- Extensive Tableau dashboard development experience (and requisite Python / SQL experience)
- Experience developing HR-specific analytics
- Experience ingesting data from a cloud-based HR system (Workday heavily preferred)
