Data Analyst (Part-time)

conversions. We have a team of senior product leaders based out of Silicon Valley and India with proven

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the analytics dashboard development workload.
- Work with the Engineering team to improve, upgrade and manage the data schema.
- Work with various functions such as ops, ads and products to provide them with necessary views
for data analysis.
- Continuously optimize and engineer the visualization data pipeline so that data is getting
rendered without any lags or issues.
- Handle data analysis ad-hoc activities.
- Self manages the tasks and priorities on task management tools such as Jira.
- Prompt communication to the team on the progress of the work.
Requirements:
● Bachelors or Masters in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics,
Economics, or Computer Science with a prior background in Data modeling and analysis.
● 5+ years experience as a Data analyst.
● Strong logical and quantitative skills with affinity for mathematics.
● Able to implement ETL layers in analytics platforms and create suitable dashboards.
● Expertise with SQL programming and knowledge over Python, Linux and R environment is an
added advantage.
● Knowledge over any BI tools like Chartio, Tableau etc is needed.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
● The ability to work with minimal supervision and take complete ownership of the work.
● Prior experience working in a product development startup is a bonus.
● Ability to prioritize projects, communicate progress, keep feedback loops short, and deliver on
time.
● Must be flexible and available to work with US teams on a few days in a month which might be
late night India time.
