Part 1
Please follow the instructional videos to finish the assignment. Let’s assume the date of preparing
for the analysis is October 31, 2016
1. Prepare an aging schedule
2. Prepare a table showing the average payment days for each client
3. Prepare a map that shows the location (counties) of the clients
4. Prepare a pie chart for the aging buckets
5. Prepare a table that shows the details of the transactions, also include a column of the
count of SO Number, and show the grand column total on top
6. Prepare a dashboard to present all the information with a filter (Please use a dropdown
filter).
Part 2
Please use sorting and filtering to answer the following questions. Then, please
submit a Word or PDF document with the answers.
1. In the highest aging buckets (90+ or 61-90), which client has the highest amount?
2. What are the average payment days for this client for all the transactions, including paid
and unpaid?
3. Where is this client located (at least provide county and state)? (If not shown on the Map,
you could find it from the transaction detail table (or average payment day table) by adding
the location to the table)
4. What is the percentage of each aging bucket for this client's unpaid transactions?
5. How many transactions does this client have (all the transactions include paid and
unpaid)?
Please submit both a Tableau Packaged file (a .twbx file) and a Word document to answer the
