A Champions Group Leaderboard using Tableau

Hi folks, I'm looking for someone good in Tableau (and creative) to help 1) prepare dummy data (I do not have any dataset now and we'll have to work together in terms of data you need to create the charts) and 2) build a Tableau dashboard to feature Champions (KPIs met, their activities, their goals vs success metrics, a leaderboard of where they rank, a digital badge for completing certain number of tasks etc following a point system?, photo identification to identify who the champions are like, from which teams, like a champions directory).

3) A proper video or word documentation of the whole process is also required for this project. Kindly ensure all steps are recorded (not missed a step) as this is part of my learning process (to replicate exactly how this is done on my own).- not looking for complicated charts as I will need to be able to follow on the steps after completion.

Timeline 2 weeks

- A champion group is a group of Tableau enthusiasts in a company and they typically help the main Business Analytics team in the company to scale analytics best practices, and to evangelise the Tableau community of users in the company.
