Build a BI report in Tableau (Public)

I need to build an activity monitoring dashboard for our service company. The raw data consists of 3 distinct tables that can be linked with a unique key. I want to build around 10 graphs according to specific requirements. I would like your help on building the initial graphs in Tableau Public (=free version), and set-up an import process that enables me to easily import the 3 tables every month.
