We have a need for an IT systems engineer who is familiar with Matrix backends: we are wanting to run a self-hosted Beeper instance. This will also require us to build a client that supports Matrix, including our own home server and bridges/connections: here is an example of someone having built a Matrix homeserver using Ansible. Another idea we are considering is setting it up in cloud Infrastructure (like AWS) and running it on serverless architecture: open to suggestions and best practices here.
