System Analysis

Need a system analyst to to listen to my requirements of the system and analyze and convert it in flow chart to be ready for the programmer. The system is for projects performance evaluation. Once the customer is entering the project information, detailed accrued cost, risk, progress, invoicing and collection information, etc, then the system shall generate the evaluation report.
The excel files will be shared along with explanation video.
The job shall be finished in max 3 days.
