document about VACCINATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM it is not professional .. Requirements : Answer 5 questions about this project. 1-Based on the submitted document (UML diagrams, screen shots ....) , do you feel all the mentioned functional requirements have been implemented? if not, what is missing ? 2-Based on SDLC phases of software development, are there missing phases from this project ? 3-On page 29, the use case diagram is presented. What is your opinion about it ? are there missing use cases, or ones that need rewriting ? Do you see a need for "uses" or "include" if so where ? as part of your solution, you can redraw the diagram. 4-There are some mistakes in activity diagram 1 of page 30, identify all mistakes you see. 5-In the class diagram of page 35, examine the relationship between vaccinator and vaccination entry. Do you feel it is correct as a many-many relationship? Also what do you think the multiplicity should be between vaccination entry and vaccine ?
