Google Workspace + ClickUp + TimeDoctor -- System Design, Implementation, & Integration

We are a small team that has recently migrated away from ZohoOne, and wish to use Google Workspace, ClickUp, and TimeDoctor.
We have set up trial accounts on the three new platforms but need help from a system analyst who is experienced with these software solutions.
The scope of work includes:
1) Examining our particular use cases;
2) Identifying and planning the various features to be used from these solutions;
3) Implementation and integration of the planned workflows
4) Setting up the various identified and required templates within ClickUp.
Please include;
- Your experience in integrating the solutions named above;
- Your time availability,
- Hourly rate;
- Rough estimate of total hours/days needed to completion
- Whether an hourly approach, fixed project cost, or a combination of the two would work best in your opinion.
