Changes Community Health Project - Systems Analysis

We are a mental health charity in Scotland and we're seeking support from a Systems Analyst. We have an in-house database which is not quite meeting our needs and so we are exploring whether we need to integrate a client management system with the database or commission further work within the database itself. This decision making is fairly urgent as we have recently received additional Scottish Government money to expand our services and we are concerned that the current system cannot accommodate this. We are very keen to hear from any Analysts who can offer this service.
