Zimbra Server and Ubuntu OS Upgrade Expert

We are looking for an experienced Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) specialist to perform a safe upgrade of a Zimbra mail server and its underlying Ubuntu operating system.
Previous attempts to follow ChatGPT-based upgrade guidelines were unsuccessful, and we now need professional assistance from someone with deep hands-on experience in Zimbra administration and upgrade processes.
Current Environment:
Zimbra version: 9.0.x
Operating System: Ubuntu Server 18.04
Two server setup (split roles)
Goal: perform a clean, supported upgrade path of both Ubuntu and Zimbra to the latest compatible versions, while preserving configuration and mailbox data.
Tasks to Perform:
Plan and execute a step-by-step upgrade of the underlying Ubuntu system to the latest supported release for Zimbra.
Perform a Zimbra upgrade to the latest compatible release.
Validate services, mail flow, authentication, and admin interface functionality after the upgrade.
Implement best-practice post-upgrade cleanup and backup verification.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in Zimbra administration and upgrades.
Deep understanding of Zimbra dependencies on Ubuntu, including Java, MariaDB/MySQL, and Jetty components.
Experience handling Zimbra upgrades across Ubuntu versions (e.g. 18.04 → 20.04 or 22.04).
Familiarity with certificates, keystores, and truststore management in Zimbra.
Ability to work securely via SSH with root and Zimbra user access.
