Windows Server Setup & Migration
Budget: $30 – $65 CAD
I have a brand-new server (HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen11) that needs to be fully prepared to replace our current server. It's primary use is as a file server, so the files and user settings will need to be transferred over.
All data from the old server must be securely transferred—documents, databases (inMagic archival database), and individual user settings and profiles.
Key points you’ll handle:
• Clean install of the new Server.
• End-to-end data transfer with minimal downtime—Robocopy, Backup/Restore, or a proven tool of your choice.
• Post-migration validation so shares, permissions, and database connectivity match the current environment.
Our building is located in the Yonge & Bloor area of Toronto, and we would ideally have someone come in-person to do this work.
