TrueNAS Core Mirror Setup and Optimization

I have a fresh TrueNAS CORE installation that will hold roughly 10 – 50 TB of business-critical data—mostly databases and client files. I need the storage pool converted to a reliable mirror and a sensible snapshot strategy put in place so I can roll back quickly if anything goes wrong.

Here is what I want to walk away with:
• A mirrored ZFS pool created and verified, using the existing drives already installed in the chassis.
• Hourly, daily, and weekly snapshot tasks configured with an appropriate retention policy for production data.
• Replication or cloud-sync job drafted (even if left disabled) so I can later push snapshots off-site.
• A quick run-through of the commands or GUI steps you followed, noted in a text file for my records.

We can work over a screen-share or SSH session—whatever is fastest for you. Once everything is set, I’ll test a snapshot rollback; if the data comes back intact, the job is done.
