The environment needs an experienced hand to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and securely. I’m seeking help with core system-administration duties: provisioning and configuring servers, tightening security, monitoring performance, and resolving any issues that crop up in production. The exact mix of tasks may range from fresh server installations through network tuning and break-fix troubleshooting, so flexibility is essential.

This is a long term arrangement.
Access credentials, an asset inventory, and current run-books will be supplied at project start. I’ll also share a short list of priorities so we can agree on the order of work and a hand-off format. A clear change log and concise summary of recommendations will complete the engagement.
Familiarity with both Linux and Windows environments, common virtualization platforms, scripting for automation, and standard monitoring or backup tools will make the job easier, but I’m open to your preferred toolset as long as the outcome is stable, secure, and well documented.
