Server Log Troubleshooting Analysis

I need an experienced systems engineer to dig through my server’s log files and tell me exactly what is going wrong and why. The machine is showing erratic behaviour—sometimes it slows to a crawl, other times services stop responding altogether—yet the root cause remains unclear. I can provide a compressed bundle of recent logs or grant temporary read-only SSH / RDP access, whichever you prefer.
You’ll be free to work with any standard tooling you like: grep, journalctl, PowerShell’s Get-EventLog, ELK, Splunk, or even custom scripts—whatever helps surface the pattern behind the failures. The environment could be Linux, Windows, or a hybrid setup, so I’m looking for someone who feels at home on either platform and can pivot between system, application and security logs as needed.
