Senior System Administrator Needed (German Speaking)

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Hetzner, Proxmox, and Plesk to support our ongoing infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Linux-based environments, deploying and administering Proxmox clusters, and handling Plesk server configurations, optimizations, and troubleshooting. This role requires ensuring high availability, stability, and security across all systems, performing routine updates and maintenance, responding promptly to incidents, and documenting all technical processes. Fluent German communication skills are mandatory, as the role involves direct interaction with German-speaking teams and clients. The candidate should be able to work independently, deliver reliable results, and bring strong problem-solving capabilities. Experience with automation tools, networking, and hosting environments is a plus.
