Restart NGINX, Resolve 521 Error

praguemorning.cz is currently throwing a Cloudflare 521. The same thing happened yesterday and the fix was simply restarting the NGINX service that had been stopped from a root SSH session. I have full SSH access ready; I just need someone who knows the right command to bring the web server back up right now.
