Remote Ubuntu 24.04 Desktop Setup

I need a fresh install of Ubuntu Desktop 24.04 carried out remotely on a clean drive. Once the OS is in place, I want the system fully updated and a set of software packages installed (I’ll provide the exact list before we begin).
Here’s how I picture the workflow:

• Perform the remote installation of Ubuntu Desktop 24.04, ensuring the correct locale, keyboard, and time-zone settings.
• Apply all current security updates and enable automatic update checks.
• Install the requested software, confirm each package launches correctly, and clear any broken dependencies.
