Remote IT System Maintenance Support

I need continuing remote IT support focused squarely on system maintenance. Our environment is a mix of Windows 10/11 workstations and two cloud-hosted Windows Server instances. Your task is to keep everything healthy, patched, and running smoothly without interrupting day-to-day operations.

Deliverables
• Initial health audit with a written maintenance plan
• Regular remote sessions for OS and application patching, disk clean-up, performance checks, security update application, and backup verification
• A concise report after each session summarising actions taken and any recommendations

Secure VPN access and administrator credentials will be provided. Familiarity with common remote monitoring and management tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar RMM platforms is essential. While the primary need is preventative maintenance, the ability to step in for occasional troubleshooting or software installations would be a plus.
