Remote IT Support for Small Business – Long-Term Collaboration

We are a small business (approximately 10–20 employees) looking for a reliable and experienced Remote IT Support Technician to provide daily technical assistance. This is an opportunity for a long-term collaboration, starting with part-time hourly or per-session tasks and potentially growing into a regular engagement.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Remote troubleshooting of software and hardware issues

- Installing and configuring applications and operating systems (Windows)

- Setting up printers, drivers, shared folders, and remote tools

- Supporting email systems (Microsoft 365, Gmail, or others)

- Diagnosing network issues (basic LAN/Wi-Fi problems)

- Assisting users with login/account problems (Windows, email, etc.)

- Advising on basic IT security and data backup solutions

- Documenting issues, solutions, and providing basic IT reports when needed

We are looking for a freelancer who meets the following criteria:

At least 2 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / System Administration

Proficient with remote tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Zoom, etc.)

Communicates clearly in Vietnamese (preferred) or basic English

Able to respond quickly and work flexibly during office hours

Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows OS, networking, basic hardware)

Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals is a plus

IT certifications (CompTIA A+, MCSA, etc.) are a bonus, but not required

Approx. 1–2 sessions per day (1–2 hours each), flexible scheduling

Support required mostly during Vietnam time (GMT+7)

Ideal for freelancers looking for a stable side project or additional daily income

Trial rate: $10–20 USD per session (based on complexity)

Payment model: Hourly or per-task (discussed before each session)

Long-term increase possible after successful collaboration and feedback
