Remote PC Support Needed

I manage a small fleet of desktops and laptops spread across several locations and need an experienced technician who can step in remotely whenever issues arise. The work is entirely over secure channels—as long as it keeps my systems safe and respects the access controls already in place.

Core tasks
• Software installation and routine package updates
• Troubleshooting and fixing day-to-day problems (boot failures, driver conflicts, network hiccups, etc.)
• System optimization so every machine keeps running fast and lean

Most of the machines run current windows releases, though there are a few package installs in the mix, so familiarity with multiple distributions is a plus. Clear documentation of every change matters to me; after each session I expect a brief log of what was done and any recommendations for future improvements.
