Network and System Admin Needed

I'm seeking a skilled network/system administrator to resolve various connectivity and system issues in our office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fix current connectivity problems
- Address system crashes and software installation issues
- Manage and eliminate virus/malware infections

The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in managing Windows operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both network and system issues
- Expertise in cybersecurity to protect against malware and viruses
- Ability to work on-site and respond promptly to issues
Network Administration

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Ensure network security through firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
Perform network upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
System Administration

Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux).
Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
Monitor server performance, uptime, and system security.
Perform regular system backups and updates.
Technical Support

Provide IT support to employees for hardware/software issues.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and applications.
Maintain documentation for IT procedures and configurations.
Security & Compliance

Implement cybersecurity best practices.
Monitor system logs for security breaches.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies.
Required Skills

Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience with Windows/Linux server administration.
Firewall, antivirus, and network security tools knowledge.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP optional)
