Linux Filesystem & Partition Recovery Expert Needed (Urgent)

A recent volume-resize wiped the partition table on my Linux drive. I made a raw image of the entire disk right after the incident, so nothing has been written to it since. I now need a deep-level recovery of that image.
The lost partition was formatted ext4 and contained a full operating-system installation; rebuilding or carving out critical system files takes priority over photos, docs, or media. I’m comfortable with you using any workflow you like, but please start with PhotoRec (my usual go-to) before reaching for other tools such as TestDisk, sleuthkit, or direct e2fsprogs work—whatever maximises the chances of pulling intact superblocks, inodes, and directory trees.
You’ll receive:
• The compressed raw image (≈ 500 GB) via an S3 bucket link
• A short list of the key paths I’d love to see come back (/etc, /usr, /var/lib, custom scripts under /opt)
What I need back:
• Restored file tree with original permissions and timestamps whenever possible
• Separate folder for anything that had to be carved or rebuilt
• A concise report describing the steps taken, the tools/versions used, and any unrecoverable areas you encountered
