Linux Expert for ISP-Grade Email Node

Job ID: 40438117

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

Inquiry: Senior Linux Admin for ISP-Grade Email Infrastructure (Intel Xeon Platinum / Tier-1 ISP)

Job Description:

I am seeking a high-level Linux System Administrator and Email Deliverability Expert to lead the deployment of Node-01, the foundational "Seed Node" for a new distributed email cluster.

This is not a standard "datacenter setup." We are utilizing Tier-1 ISP-grade IPv4 addresses (non-datacenter) on Intel Xeon Platinum hardware. Our goal is a high-integrity, "set-it-and-forget-it" configuration that prioritizes long-term reputation over frequent IP swapping.

The Scope of Work (NODE-01):

1. Hardware & OS Hardening:

Optimization: Kernel-level tuning for high-concurrency SMTP (TCP stack optimization, BBR Congestion Control, and elevated file descriptors).

Affinity Pinning: Strategic core allocation to ensure the Management UI tasks never throttle SMTP delivery threads.

2. ISP-Grade Network Orchestration:

IP Pool: 1 Primary + 5 Additional ISP-grade IPv4s (Total 6).

Static Mapping: Every user/domain must be "hard-linked" to a specific IP. We value "warm" IP-to-domain associations over aggressive swapping.

Authentication: 2,048-bit DKIM, SPF, and DMARC (p=quarantine) for system domains.

ISP Masking: rDNS/PTR alignment following a specific naming convention to match the ISP-grade profile.

3. Application Stack:

MailWizz EMA: Full installation and optimization on a primary management domain.

MTA Layer: PowerMTA installation. Configuration must include VirtualMTA pools for each of the 5 sending IPs.

Multi-Instance Logic: The node must support isolated IP aliases for standard tiers and dedicated IP assignments for premium tiers as we scale.

4. Stability & Intelligence Integration:

Telemetry Feed: The node must be configured to pipe SMTP status codes (250, 421, 550) into our proprietary AI-core database for predictive health monitoring.

Throttling over Swapping: Implement automated cooling logic (volume reduction) rather than immediate IP rotation when temporary deferrals are detected.

Why this role is unique:
We are building a self-healing infrastructure. You will be responsible for creating the blueprint that we will replicate across an eventual 10+ node cluster. I need someone who understands that ISP-grade IPs are high-value assets and must be managed with strict warm-up schedules and "sticky" reputation protocols.

Confidentiality Note:
Specific brand names, domain names, and technical documentation are strictly confidential. These will be provided only after a suitable candidate is selected and signs an NDA & Intellectual Property (IP) Mutual Agreement in line with our technical standards.

Next Steps:
If you have proven experience with ISP/Residential IP infrastructure and high-volume PowerMTA/MailWizz deployments, please provide:

A brief summary of your experience with ISP-grade (non-datacenter) ranges.

Your availability to begin this "Seed" node setup.

An estimated quote for this initial phase.

Success here leads to a long-term partnership for the rollout of our additional nodes.
