Install Latest XUI on Ubuntu

I need the newest lifetime-licensed build of XUI installed on my fresh Ubuntu 22.04 server. The task is strictly the initial setup—no custom tweaks are required right now—so once the panel is up, running, and reachable in a browser with its default settings, the job is done.

I will provide root SSH access the moment we agree, and I’d like the work completed as soon as possible. Please make sure the service starts automatically after reboot and share any basic commands I might need to monitor or restart it.
