German-Speaking System Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Freelance System Administrator to support our infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Hetzner, Proxmox, and Plesk, along with excellent German communication skills.

Responsibilities:
*Manage and maintain Linux-based server environments hosted on Hetzner
*Deploy, configure, and manage Proxmox virtualization clusters
*Administer Plesk servers, including optimization, troubleshooting, and security
*Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all systems
*Monitor infrastructure and respond to alerts or incidents promptly
*Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and migrations
*Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions
*Communicate clearly in German with internal teams and clients

Requirements:
*Proven hands-on experience with Hetzner Dedicated & Cloud servers
*Strong expertise in Proxmox VE, including clustering and backups
*Solid working knowledge of Plesk (preferred: Obsidian)
*Excellent understanding of Linux system administration
*Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
*Fluent German (C1 level or equivalent) is mandatory
*Ability to work independently and deliver reliable results
*Availability for remote freelance work
