CentOS ISO & Asterisk Fix

I have a production CentOS 7 box that handles VoIP services with Asterisk. I need two things completed and verified:

1. Create a full, bootable ISO image of the server. The ISO must reinstall the system so it comes up exactly as it does today—same extensions, trunks, dial-plans, modules, firewalls, and all other VoIP-related software. When I spin up a fresh machine from this ISO, calls should register and route without any extra tweaks. I will test the image by reinstalling on my side; payment releases once everything loads cleanly and functions like the original.

2. Inside the current server a particular voice prompt refuses to play, causing calls to drop early. I need that audio issue resolved and overall call duration limits lifted so calls stay up for the expected length. Asterisk CLI shows the file but it does not stream; you’ll trace the cause (codec mismatch, file path, sound format, or dial-plan logic) and implement a permanent fix.

You’ll likely touch tools such as Kickstart, Clonezilla or dd for imaging, and standard Asterisk/SIP diagnostics on the repair. SSH access will be provided. Please confirm experience with CentOS 7 imaging and deep Asterisk troubleshooting; I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
