IT support Engineer Per time/Freelancer Allahabad ,UP.

I am looking for an IT support specialist to provide hardware troubleshooting services on a per-time/freelance basis in Allahabad, UP.

Specific IT Support Services Required:
- Hardware troubleshooting

Experience Required:
- Entry level
Should have positive attitude and ability to learn new things.
Maintaining and administering computer systems including systems software, applications, hardware etc.
Knowledge of replacing hardware and parts as required.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
Knowledge of Outlook configuration, troubleshooting, PST repair and windows installation

Provide technical support to users On a Remote Basis
Installation/configuration of e-mail clients.
Troubleshooting issues related to standard office software (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
Should have knowledge of Windows 10 &11 operating systems and Familiar with operating systems.
Troubleshoot problems with Laptop Hardware.
Responsible for the implementation, support, administration and management of Windows workstations and servers.
Knowledge of installation and configuration of Enterprise Antivirus Software.
Knowledge of Printer installation and configuration.

Duration of the Project:
- 3-6 months
