to recreate an identical VM

There was a virtual machine one day it died, no longer loaded. As the hoster said, there is no access to it, everything is broken.

But up to this point, a disk image was made by the Hosting employees, but it was made clumsily or with an error

Banal standard recovery mechanisms do not help.
We need a craftsman who has dealt with something like this.
