outlook import with PST files

hello, i'm needing support in importing my emails back into outlook, i've changed email providers and before doing this i exported my emails from an older version of outlook and now i'm attempting to import them on a new office version using outlook, I have multiple email accounts i'm trying to add into outlook and get my emails back onto the zoho server, I need someone who has much experience with outlook and email process to help. thank you :)
