I'm having VPN issues connecting to my client -- 2

I'm trying to connect to a client through a VPN, they provided me with an ovpn configuration file but it doesn't connect. I installed outline and then connect to outline then openvpn, I have internet access, can connect to their repos through the web browser but i can't do download the dependencies in Intellij.

I need someone to go on a google meet meeting with me and help me connect to their repo on intellij. Somehow intellij connection to their repos times out.

I'm currently using MacOS.
