fiber design plan and scope for RV campground

Hello, I need some help with a design for a fiber optic deployment in an RV campground, there is 103 sites for RV to park and camp for multiple days or weeks, I would like to propose a new design for better wifi on a fiber overlay, we can hire local trenching company for fiber but I would need to order all the hardware required and parts. Attached in the diagram of what the property looks like to help with the design.
