expert on GCP to upload react + nodejs application -- 2

I am seeking for an expert to upload my application which is based on react frontend , and nodejs backend
also with dashboard to control the frontend at GCP , I will need expert to do the job from A-Z and explain to me everything , so the job will be done on zoom together
