- docker for debian (php:7.0.33-fpm-stretch) with apache/php
- php 7.0
- create self signed cert if no cert was provided in filesystem
- create contexts in apache

- expose folders to underneath host for development

- configure mariadb

- use cert with mariadb
- harden ubuntu + mariadb
