To create a IT - WAN Diagram -- 2

I'm an IT Professional and I require a WAN diagram. Anyone who is well experience in IT Networking and Networking Tools can approach me for this project. I will provide a rough idea and will share the necessary details over Audio call and Hand-written. Same I required to be designed in a proper professional tool. I would be requiring the document zipped and shared to once, once it is final and mutually agreed. So, pl bid only if you are experienced in IT and Professional tools like Visio or any other diagram tool.
