cisco switch sg300 icmp redirect problem -- 2

help me fix this error below when pinging 1.1.1.1 via 192.168.1.254 default gateway set via layer 3 routing via sg300 switch, this does not happen under Windows 2022 server or Windows operating systems, just Macbook Montery and Catalina but not BigSur MacOS
