cPanel / WHM expert needed

I am migrating from a hosted WHM/cPanel server to an in-house server. OS & cPanel/WHM versions match up. Performed transfer via WHM successfully. When I change DNS records to start migrating websites from the legacy server to the new server, a file DOWNLOADS instead of the website loading. That file is attached here.

I need someone to help ASAP (URGENT) get these websites to load so I can fully migrate from the legacy/old server.
