Am looking to create a rule in my ubuntu 16 to route outbound traffic to specific / range of IP's. The VM is used as a OpenVPN server, I want OpenVPN clients when connected should be able to send traffic to specific or list of IP's. I should be able to edit / add or remove IP's accordingly.
I would need a document that says how the rule is created and applied, as if I change my server in future, can refer to it
