Ubuntu Vino/VNC setup and config

My funds are low but will pay quick and leave 5 stars. Please give your best possible for your bid ? (something reasonable?) I have a Macbook Pro that I am using VNC Viewer 6.21 and have ONE of my Ubuntu computers that I can control from the Mac
1) need the command line steps for setting up Vino/VNC (you can ask for any details on my env)
2) need the command line steps for turning on Ubuntu Sharing (you can ask for any details on my env)
3) need the commands to back out the above as they were not there before (uninstalled)
4) will test the above and provide back to you or share desktops till we get it smooth.

ANY THOUGHTS ? Please note project is due in two hours as this projects deadline, as this is needed if we can get some done - then we can talk about next steps and 5 stars and another job also. If this is a good one and we are "successful"; would need a couple others setup, but will handle one at a time? Can you do this for something reasonable in a couple hours? thoughts ?
