Ubuntu Linux Support for MacBook Pro -- 2

I need ongoing support for Ubuntu Linux on my 2015 MacBook Pro. Currently, I need help with getting my webcam to be detected and working reliably.

Requirements:
- Set up and troubleshoot Ubuntu Linux
- Fix webcam detection issues
- Make the fix survive system updates.
- Provide consistent support for various projects several times a month
