Budget: $25 – $75 USD
Our team (a large Consulting organization) is looking for 2 part time resources to support new freelancers onboarding to our organization’s internal systems. This support includes guidance and problem resolution in technical areas such as obtaining network credentials, completing steps to access our internal systems and applications (e.g., Multifactor Authentication, Microsoft Office 365, and Outlook Web Access).
Specific tasks may include:
resetting passwords
submitting requests for software or access to network destinations
completing and submitting Virtual Desktop requests through Cloud applications
locating Service Now support articles
completing Service Now support tickets
communicating with the firm’s technical teams (e.g., Information Technology Services, Cloud Services) and other onboarding support teams
assisting freelancers as they off-board from a project
assisting freelancer to re-onboard
Ideal applicants will have some systems administration and ServiceNow experience and a customer service mindset.
Hours will vary by week but please plan for ~5-10 hours/week. Candidates should have some flexibility to answer ad-hoc questions throughout the day (as they roll in) and have immediate availability for no less than 2 months.
