We are seeking a freelancer with expertise in property management to assist us with our extensive range of services. We need someone who resides in Europe, North America (U.S. or Canada), or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico)

Mobile App Setup
Property Information Management
Retrieve essential property details from a provided Notepad (.txt) file.
Download property images from the linked Google Drive folder.
Platform Registration & Account Setup
Register as a host on Airbnb using the "Airbnb your home" feature.
Create an account with a personal email and phone number.
Property Listing Creation
Publish properties following Airbnb’s platform guidelines.
Enable "Request to book" to manage reservation approvals effectively.
Ongoing Property Management
Manage inquiries, bookings, and availability updates on Airbnb.
Ensure timely responses to guest questions and requests.
Guest Information Handling
Collect guest reservation details (name, email, phone number, booking period, and payment info).
Forward the booking details in PDF format to the company promptly.
