Troubleshoot "500 internal server" error coming on registration page of the website -- 2

My website is hosted on ubuntu and error is coming on the registration page I want to make the website up and running. Need someone to resolve the issue and additionally make ubuntu more secure. Ubuntu is created on EC2 instance of AWS.
